Project Type: A 600,000 square foot tall building at the corner of King & Yonge Street in Toronto. This mixed use condominium bears the distinction of being North America’s most slender condominium tower incorporating heritage, retail and hotel elements.
Role: Our specific role was to lead the overall project on behalf of the investors. We were the “Surrogate Developers” of the project responsible for all aspects of the project including sales, marketing, financial management, design team management and execution of the construction phase of the project. In addition to those duties, we were completely responsible for the overall management of the project from finance, closing, construction, and bank liaisons. It was our responsibility to facilitate the project management role in order to ensure that the contractor executed the project on a comprehensive basis.
