Project Type: A 600,000 square foot development comprised of 450,000 square foot residential developments in two 45-storey point towers, 6 levels of underground parking, 50,000 square foot of commercial developments and retail with significant heritage issues.
Status: Rezoning, redevelopment, city lane transfer and heritage.
Roles: Our specific role was acting as developer to create, analyze and lead the process to ensure the entitlements for this significant development on King Street West in Toronto. We led the team throughout the entire process of conceptual development, rezoning and feasibility. We developed and created a team capable of delivering on this complex development scenario.
