As a Fee Developer, Projectcore assumes the responsibility of a developer for another principal as a representative. This fee is generally calculated based on a percentage of the total development cost and is charged as a monthly retainer varying over the different phases of the project. For each stage of the development, the developer’s responsibility varies from site selection, due diligence, securing zoning and entitlements, selecting project team members, creating schedules and budgets; all of which will lay the foundation for the project.
