In their summer issue, The Bay St. Bull debuted their inaugural Power 50 — a coast-to-coast listing of the “people, places and things that are shaping our country.”  One of these items was the Toronto real estate boom and Mirvish+Gehry was featured as one of “Toronto’s most influential projects currently underway.”
